I called for a home inspection required when purchasing a new home and they responded very promptly. Was able to come out quickly (next day or so) and was on time. Was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I tagged along around the house and asked many questions and Beau was always willing to provide detailed answers. He emailed our report the next day after completing the inspection. The report looked great and showed as much attention to detail as he did inspecting our home. Slightly more expensive than others that quoted but he was the only one who provided infra-red camera for poorly insulated areas and internal water damage.

He was very professional and went over the report with me in detail. The cost of the inspection for the services that were included was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
