Belvyk Construction & Development

Zayan from BELVYK was outstanding. He was always on time, fully transparent, and walked me through the entire process. He provided a “scope of work” document outlining what tasks would be performed each day—if more time was needed for a task due to unforeseen circumstances he was truthful, transparent, and he updated the “scope of work”. He showed great patience when helping me choose the perfect tiles for my bathroom—he spent hours with me and my husband at the store. He and his team were respectful of my home and space-always asked if he should take his shoes off when entering my home and made sure to clean up at the end of the day. My bathroom remodel is outstanding. I love it !! It is beautiful, much more than I expected. In addition to the cosmetic work they also relocated my bathroom heater, shifted my toilet, and created ductwork for my bathroom fan that was venting straight into my attic. I cannot say enough good things about Zayan and his team.

We are very happy with the bathroom renovation done by Belvyk. Additionally they were very professional in answering questions and concerns and were able to work within our budget.
