My experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was really great from finding them, booking the service, and the service itself. Luke was really helpful and answered all my questions. After looking at the toilet, he suggested that we not do anything as it's working as it should be—so no unnecessary repairs. He was knowledgeable and respectful. I would definitely hire them again.

They were great. Responded quickly to my Angi post in the evening and came the next morning to assess the water heater. Appreciated that they sent pictures of the crew before they arrived. They were professional and great at explaining what we needed. They did great work and were reasonably priced. Had t heard of them before but would definitely hire them again.

I got 3 estimates, and these folks were the most affordable - AND best all-round. They were very responsive, and Kyle and Carlos were informative and helpful. They coordinated having American Leak detection out before doing some backbreaking work digging up a 3x3" spot in our yard to repair the water main. Cleanup was great too. 👍👍
