Did lead testing with this company. Was able to get quick and reliable answers to any questions I had and made the whole process easy.

We called several places BEP immediately got back to us. We scheduled a date and time and their technicians came promptly at the scheduled time. They went straight to work after introducing themselves and tested all surfaces we had agreed upon. They explained things to us and pointed out areas that needed to be addressed. Their Official Reports came less then a week from visit and everything was clearly explained. We were invited to always feel free to contact them for anything related to regulations and have been supportive and helpful in directing us where to learn necessary ways or abating our problems correctly. I would (and have) recommended BEP to other buildings.

I used BEP Environmental for 4 Queens Co-ops lead inspection. Communication before, during and after was very good and coordinated, inspectors showed up on time 3 out of 4, the 4th I believe communicated after the fact in a timely manner and we set the next one. I had the inspection reports emailed to me soonafter to keep on file. I was very happy and passed along their/Rob's contact info to family who also have building's that needed the Lead Paint inspections. I wouldnt hesitate to use BEP again and have their emails and contact info for Rob Sturiano saved.
