We repair refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops and microwaves. That includes Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador and Miele, plus LG, Samsung, GE, Whirlpool, Bosch and KitchenAid. Book before noon and in most areas a tech comes the same day. He came out yesterday afternoon he did not explain anything and could not repair anything said that he would d be back today put the snake down. When he got back he did snake it and get out some lint. I asked if he could try the washer and he said he had 5 other appointments and left. I tried to contact him via text and have not had a repones. My washer overflowed and we are mopping up the water. He claimed to have fixed it and never check to see if the washer was fixed.

Was not home when they came. I did not like the price to fix said leak in one of the lines not to mention after paying, I kept getting text messages to pay said bill. Very frustrating and would never use them again.

They were very quick to respond to my project needs. They sent a Technician who arrived promptly however, he was in a personal vehicle and street clothes. I was expecting them to show up in a company vehicle with company attire. He ran my dishwasher to see what the problem was. He was not 100% sure as he checked the hose, filter etc informed it was something to do with electrical panel. which would cost $425 with no written estimate. I passed & paid the service fee plus credit card fee.
Little disappointing as they represented them selves as a "Appliance Repair" company felt like sub contractors or something like that and I thought Angi's vetted out companies.

Repairman from Berne Inc. came out to repair my LG washer that was not draining water. He replaced the drain pump. Two weeks later the machine started making a loud noise during the spin cycle when washing my clothes. The noise got louder each time I used my washer. Went to use the washer again and a "LE" code appeared. Googled the code which stated locked motor. I called Berne Inc., clerk told me that the repairman who worked on my washer was on vacation for two weeks. I asked for another repairman to come out. She said she would check with management and give me a call. I have yet to hear from them. I'm stuck with a washer that doesn't work.

My first contact was with the person on the phone. They understood what I needed. We schedule a technician to fit my schedule. My freezer was plugged up and water was freezing on the bottom of the freezer. They unclogged the problem. It was a big job, taking apart the freezer. It’s working perfectly now. Our 20-year old dryer finally gave up. The technician came out, found a rare heating element that's not even made anymore and replaced all the fuses. Also he did deep clean inside. saved us from spending on a new one. Knows its stuff.
