The service technician was totally professional. He was on time and he called ahead of time to provide an estimated time of arrival. I was especially pleased that he wore protective gear to ensure that guidelines for Covid 19 were followed. This company was a third opinion for my repair. The cost was much less than I received from the previous company. Go with this company if you have heat and air problems.
