I hired Best Kitchen and baths to design and remodel my kitchen. I could not be happier. Ben the owner took the time to look over all my options for my finishes. I m was impressed with the timely manner in which they could fit me into their schedule. Even with my changes made during the project,they where upfront with me it would add some time to the project and they were on it without missing a beat. I can be very particular with my expectations but Steve the construction manager was able to handle it all and professionally. He was responsive, a good leader and worked very hard to meet my expectations. Couldn t be happier. I was so happy they are starting my master bath this spring.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have passed the 8-month mark on an addition that was promised to take 8 weeks (had we been more savvy, we would have known that was painfully unrealistic, and was emblematic of the false promises we would receive throughout this project). Ben barely apologizes for the delays, but continues to blame them on the slow permitting process at the beginning of the project. That was almost a year ago, If I were to fail this spectacularly in my job for month after month, I would be disbarred. My only hope is that I can spare a family or two from the awful experience of dealing with Best. This was a dream project, and I have gotten to the point where I wish we had never done it.

As a single woman I felt very comfortable with all workers. My property, dogs, and I were always treated with respect. There were some issues that needed attention. The majority of the time, project manager, Steve Flores actually answered his phone and problems were resolved. Project took longer than expected but results are gorgeous.

Very happy with overall product although had some communication issues and the project that was expected to take 4 weeks took 12 weeks. They admittedly had issues with multiple vendors during my kitchen remodel which became frustrating but in the end my new kitchen is gorgeous.

Ben is a really good value for the money, outstanding service, great quality of work and attention to detail. He is a problem solver without driving up the cost up, he demonstrates that he cares more about the customer and those long term relationships than their wallets.
