I hired Fernando with Best of the West Pest Control to take care of an ant problem in my home. With all the precipitation weâ ve been having, those little pests found a couple routes into my house. I tried taking care of them myself with some in-home spray, only to find out they were back a few weeks later. The exterminator Fernando is very professional and prompt. With our first treatment the house was pest free. He took proper care of explaining where he would be exterminating along with advising how often a home should get treatments. I had a pretty significant cockroach problem at my house. I called out a company that told me it wasnâ t really an issue because they werenâ t German cockroaches and told me not to worry about them. The problem persisted and got worse. I called Best in the West and Fernando came out right away. He told me the problem was pretty bad, which I already figured. He sprayed both outside and inside and set baits in my house. He explained the whole process really well and told me to expect to see dead cockroaches over the next several days. For about a week I had dead cockroaches all around my baseboards. After that, no more issues! He also sprayed for spiders and scorpions and my house was pest free for the season! Fernando was professional, knowledgeable, and really reasonably priced! I wonâ t give my business to any other company!
