Fairly unorganized/chaotic. The bid was done by Carlos who did not see the area in person, but worked off of my photos and measurements taken by his partner. therefore, there was a lot of back and forth between Carlos and myself to get things straight for the work. The pricing was fair. The work was just middling in quality. The workers were pleasant. Carlos underbid the quantity of granite chip, and therefore had to supplement with some from another area in my yard. I had already prepped part of the area that was to be sodded (the right way), and so no dandelions are growing thru the new sod there, BUT plenty of dandelions are growing thru the sod in the area Carlos' crew prepped. When I brought it to his attention, he was uninterested and replied: 'It's grass K, all grass/sod can grow weeds and or dandelions at any given time! Pollen and all sorts of seed get blow by the wind, that's what caused for weeds of all sorts and dandelions to grow, buy some weed dandelion killer and spray it on the dandelions.' Not the response I expected, and I will not rehire and do not recommend.
