BFA Floors

It was a good experience, I have a small business of my own and I am always very clear what the price is going to be and what I am willing and able to do and make sure that I do it. I find very few businesses keep there word on all the things they say they are going to do. The oveall quality of the work was good.

I had wood floors refinished throughout the house. BFA floors had a team available when I needed them, and were able to complete the job on time, and beautifully. The guys were very friendly and professional. My one complaint is that I found myself doing a lot of dust cleanup the day after they finished, but that was not unexpected. It still looks great two months later, and I expect it to last a long time.

Ben was wonderful to work with. Very personable and reliable. He worked efficiently and his work was perfect. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing hard wood floors.

when a problem was encountered with the products used to seal the floor, it took a long time to get someone to come and see the extensive bubbling and then another few weeks before it was adequately remediated. It was finally satisfactorily (not perfect, but satisfactory) finished but only after stressful waiting for phone calls and appointments. It should be noted that the owner of BFA floors, Ben, was the one to finally step up and follow through and not his brother who started the job. !

Actually Excellent would be the word - John Abrams refinished our existing hardwood floors on the second story of our garrison home. They had been covered with carpet for 20 years and were "orange" in color. John was here for two days and the result is the most beautiful flooring we could ever have imagined. He went above and beyond with repairs to those floors and even corrected a huge goof in our living room (made by another flooring company who used the wrong color oak for replacement boards). John and his employee were both a pleasure to have working in our home. There was minimal dust when the job was complete and we would recommend Abrams Flooring to ANYONE! Thank you John!
