New Vision Construction

Hired new Vision in Aug 2022 took them until Feb 2023 to complete the job and I use that word loosely also ordered a patio door on April 21st that was supposed to take 2 weeks to come in we are now at June 23rd and all I get are excuses as to why I cannot get a refund of the 4000 dollars I paid already! I am missing gutters and downspouts as well as the metal that covers the eves! They put vinyl plank right over the concrete! They also did shotty drywall work in my main living rooms and was told by Bruce that it did not look that bad! I have gaps in plank flooring as well as a quarter round that was never sealed nor painted to match it was just thrown on! They never investigated the attic after replacing the roof and missed several collapsed pipes and heat intakes that were completely crushed! Also, their employees steal one guy who stole my flooring, and the other guy Kevin stole 1300 for bathtub work and building crates which was never done!!

It has been a terrible experience, I have paid money down 8 weeks ago and still not started the project, saying that windows have not come in yet.

Patience was the key during this time. Some materials were held up and workers were unavailable because of the Pandemic. The company was very accommodating in getting it done as soon as possible and correctly. We have received many compliments on completed structure.

My husband and I hired them to redo our roof we ran into a few problems but they worked with us to remedy them they even gave us some discounts. They left a dumpster parked in front of our garage over the weekend but when we called they were able to get it moved right which was after working hours.

I had 5 estimates for siding my house. Mike Bertoli was the only guy to listen and work out exactly what we wanted for the house. We got siding, and gutters for the price that worked for our budget. The job was done in a week (just as he said it would). Mike checked in with us every day and was at the house several times to make sure issues were taken care of and things were done the way we wanted it. Thanks to Mike and his crew our house looks fantastic!

Not everything always goes according to customer expectations or plans. Had couple of items that did not originally meet my expectations. When I informed Mike @ BGC of this he took immediate action to resolve all my concerns. Problems will always happen in any project. It is not the problems but how the problems are taken care of that make a very satisfied customer. I am a very satisfied BGC customer and would recommend them to anyone.

I went through 2 other local contractors before finding Mike Bertoli at BGC Management. The other two never showed up to do the jobs and never called to explain why. They wouldn't return my calls to them after waiting all summer. It was quite frustrating! I went through Home Advisors and Mike called me and made an appointment to come and see the roofing, siding, soffits, and gutter projects that I had. He called me when he was going to be 10 minutes late. How refreshing! He listened to what I needed done, and had an estimate the next day. He is very personable, and had great attention to detail. The cost was extremely fair. He had a crew to do my metal roof exactly when he said he would, and the same with the siding crew that also did my soffits and gutters. He's kept in contact along the way. My house is absolutely beautiful . This company deserves to have a 5 star rating. They keep their word and do quality work at a very fair price. I couldn't say enough good things about them as my experience has been stellar Thank you, Mike & Bruce. I will recommend them to anyone that needs any work done.
