Brandon was punctual. He replaced an exterior faucet, providing two options based on cost. He was friendly, conscious of our living space (wearing protective footwear in the house) and completed the job promptly. He provided an excellent price. There's a big difference in cost using BGC rather than using the larger companies in the greater Boston area. Definitely will use BGC for future work and repairs.

Brandon is a master plumber with skill, fantastic attention to detail and customer service. While my project had a few extra requirements he handled them with ease. I had a clogged drain and needed a new sink drain pipe/trap installed. Everything was completed beyond my expectations. We also discussed the state of several other plumbing areas in the house and he quoted out what these projects would be. No mystery, and everything is well within reason, price wise, and I can trust that Brandon will get the job done right.

Brandon was very professional and at the same time friendly and personable. He drained and took out the old water heater and replaced it plus installing a mixing valve. He went way beyond in that he found a small gas leak and fixed that as well. I was very pleased with his work and would definitely use him again.
