I have used Bill in the past. He is terrible at communication, never writes anything down, and forgets or loses things you tell him to do or items you give him. But was affordable for the most part and did good work as long as make sure he did not cut corners on materials. My last project with him went terribly. He bid on the job and estimated 3-4 months to complete. After getting into the job, he decided he had underbid the job has been very difficult getting him back to complete it. The project started in January 2021. It is now January 2023 and still not done. He comes less than 1 day/week after I call him twice/a week to see when he is coming back (been doing this for a full year now). Given our experience, I trusted him with the contract terms but he front-loaded the contract and was a ghost after he got the money. He also used my house and yard as a personal storage unit for his materials and supplies (some not even for my project) and is very inconsiderate when he parks his truck, has left tire marks all over the yard after asking him multiple times to stay on the driveway. I will never use him for work again and do not trust him anymore, which is a shame. I do not think he is a bad guy but he becomes very unprofessional.

My wife and I chose BG Construction to stain the exterior of our cabin and also the interior of our covered deck, to include railings and all landscaping ties. We knew there would be extensive scraping and caulking and we also feared there would be unforeseen problems that would require carpentry and other construction. WE received a complete walk around and possible problems were pointed out to us. An accurate estimate was given, barring of course, unforeseen work. Bill Gray and his associates, Bobbie and Frank, were nothing short of fantastic! They are courteous, extremely friendly, and about the hardest workers we have seen in a long time. They became part of our family during their time here. If you are looking for a full service outfit that are capable of not only painting but fixing things too, you can't do better. We hired Bill to paint our house, but we got much more than just a paint job. We had done very little work on the exterior of our house and outbuilding in the 20 years we have lived here, and there was a lot to fix: rot, pests, and more. Bill not only paints, but does roofing, gutters, replaces windows and doors, and does electrical work. He is not only competent but caring. His cleanup job went far beyond our expectations. We would hire him again in a flash, and probably will!.

Bill is a very nice guy who does good work.

There are a lot of great things to say about Bill. First of all, he can do ANYTHING. Bill replaced siding, installed new plywood and Tyvec, painted my house and deck, built a new front porch, repaired and built new features on my back deck, eliminated rot, installed new gutters, re-insulated my basement, and even fixed a closet door in my house. He is a perfectionist and will treat your house like it is his own. Our house was in really rough shape before Bill came and now it looks stunning. We get compliments on it all the time. If you want someone that will do the job right, won't cut corners, and is a very nice person to work with - Bill is your guy.

Bill is great to work with. He does everything. We actually asked him to give us an estimate on a paint job to do next spring, but while he was here, he pointed out problems with part of our roof, plus trouble with gutters that were funneling water to siding that was rotted. Itâ s all fixed and we are looking forward to working with him in the spring. It was all more expensive that we expected, but I think we got good value for our money.

He is extremely professional, and exceptionally neat in his work! He cleans up after right away. I would refer him to my friends. And he is just a great guy to hire!!! He did electrical and plumbing and painting for my house!

Bill has done several jobs for me at my homes and his workmanship is outstanding. He has always been very fair and upfront with pricing and completed the projects in a timely manner. If you are looking for someone with tons of experience that does an excellent work then Bill is your guy. He has been my guy for many years and will be anytime I need anything done at my home. His prices are very fair and are work is superior.

He was excellent in detail. He went above and beyond. He's the guy you want call.
