Got a thing in the mail about $99 to clean my boiler. Sales person came out, quoted me to replace it and said it was old. He didn?t even open the panel to look inside. They?re rip off artists. The entire company.

Please take note of the service personnel. Its true that the teamwork from beginning to end is commendable. The office personnel made sure that we clearly communicated what the problem was to the best of their and our ability. The service person was courteous and on-time. He was friendly yet business like. He actually stopped at the door and covered his feet, had all of his equipment with him and inquired about our problem. He examined the HVAC system, found the issue and corrected it, all within 30 minutes. No better service can be expected from the professional service personnel. Obviously, the office personnel communicated well enough with the field personnel to make our wait period short and the repair fix even shorter. The reality check is that the daily heat index was higher than usual. We are seniors with some physical challenges but the great teamwork by BGE made this incident just a quick call to BGE! We are more than grateful to have the BGE home coverage. It proved to be well worth the money!

Gabriel N, my technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! He came in, diagnosed the problem, and made the repairs. He tested the system inside and outside and made a recommendation for me. Thank you Gabriel N!!!

Gas furnace conversion from a heat pump. Very organized transition. Permits, equipment and setup went smoothly. Very satisfied. Price was competitive with other estimates that i received.

The tech that came to my house - Justin - was excellent!! I cannot say enough good things about the service he provided, My dryer was making a noise (I though a coin had gotten stuck). He quickly identified the problem (a roller needed to be replaced) and fixed it. He also checked the other roller and saw that it also needed to be replaced. I truly appreciate that he took the time to completely fix the problem not just what I called about. Service like this keeps me as a customer of Constellation Home.

BGE Home installed a slant Fin gas furnace 2 years ago. The furnace, installation and function since then have been excellent. However, follow-up inspection for this year was incompetent. First year was completed but inspection was requested in September and earliest date was 3 months later. On day of appointment, no one showed. Receptionist reported that I was contacted that appointment was canceled and could not be rescheduled. We were promised inspections for 5 years but only completed once. I guess we don't count any more because it's not revenue driven. So much for service commitment. LOUSY!!!!!

I am a long time member of BGE HOME. I am in an older home. Over the years they have repaired my furnace, air conditioner, garbage disposal and oven. They have never failed to satisfy in a courteous and efficient manner.

Every time BG&E Home have come to my home to do work the work is done efficiently quick and the cleanup they do it. Plus the workers are very professional. I would definitely recommend them. Oh I have recommend them to my neighbors and family. Thank you BG&E Home.

Knowledgeable and professional

BGE Home replaced my Water Heater ($1488) in early January 2020. They also replaced some of the Water lines and valves supplying water to and from the hot water heater. On 04/21/2020 one of the connections to the valve was leaking, and they were called to fix it. They are trying to charge me a $99 service fee - For their SHODDY workmanship. I called them about this and now I have to wait for a Service Manager to call me to discuss. Unacceptable.

Service is exceptional Gabriel nyobe performed Inspection of the ac heating units. He was polite and very through and efficient.

Problem solved in a timely fashion.

The service tech - Wardell Jackson was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, efficient, personable and explained everything he had to do. To put it mildly- HE WAS AWESOME!!! I will request him whenever I need service.
