I hired BGL to fix my garage door that was not opening, it is an automatic and came off the track. They came and did a very professional job. They went above and beyond with the repairs and charged a very fair price for a full garage door replacement.

We had a drywall repair following an ice dam. The service was friendly and promptly scheduled. The quality of the work was good and the handyman fixed smaller issues in between. I have just scheduled another small project and my impression was consolidated. Also love employing locally.

BGL services is amazing, they came over and installed a new furnace this winter when mine went out. I was so thankful they were able make it over and gr down to business so that I could have my house warm!

Our garage door failed on a Saturday afternoon. They responded in person and very quickly to our invitation for a bid. Very knowledgeable and honest in the assessment of our garage door. Completed the repairs skillfully and at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend using their services.

While the garage door itself is nice and it functions properly, I had to chase these guys around to complete the work within the timeline they committed to and after 5 weeks, they have still yet to take away the old door. Because they are so unreliable I'll likely have an additional expense to have it removed. They are professional until you make your deposit then it falls off the rails.

Josh was great. He gave me advice of how to deal with it, should it happen again. He came out a second time (without charge) when my garage door wouldn't open. It had NOTHING to do we the repair he made; it was simply that the door had frozen to the ground. He explained to me why it a happened and what to do if it should happen again. He was GREAT!

We were quoted 50-100 dollars depending on vehicle for a lock out, told they’d be there in 20 minutes. It took over an hour, every phone call we made to them they told us it’d be 20 minutes longer. After he unlocked my door, he told us it’d be 150 dollars! I told him that we were quoted 50-100 depending on the vehicle, and difficulty, and he said that the dispatchers don’t know the prices. My car doesn’t even have power locks so it’s not a difficult car, it took one minute. Disappointed that we were quoted 20 minutes and that it took over an hour, thankfully we weren’t waiting outside in the cold. If I would’ve known all of this I would’ve gone with the other company I called in the first place but I went with this company because of the time and price quote. I wouldn’t recommend.
