Got a water heater fixed on a weekend for us. Excellent service, fair price.

Brian was awesome! He helped us out with our central air that was not working, called him and he was at the house within 75 min! Reasonable price and does not try to overwhelm you with info, rather wants you to understand the problem and explains in detail what he is doing and why. Thank you Brian!

This was booked as a water heater replacement. Brian was so honest that he said a repair is all that was necessary at this time. You canâ t put a price on that kind of honesty. I would give 9 stars if I could.

Very long story, but in short my experience with Brian was abhorrent! Brian should not be in business. He is unethical, unprofessional, has a temper, and during a free diagnostic broke my central system and never fixed it by a no show after 2 phone calls and 2 texts. He also bypassed paying their fee by canceling the appointment and calling me directly, which I found out through is not part of the agreement.

Please do not use him..he's a thief. Did not come on time he said he was coming..did not do the work he said he did..paid him and realized the work was not completed. Ac still not fixed. A thief thief thief. Highly upset about this guy...horrible experience.

I had a chance to speak with Brian regarding the issues I had. He came by and rectify the situation. He took responsibility and promised me the next job I have to give him a call.

Brian responded to my request for help very quickly after our central AC circuit board blew out. He was in touch through the process of getting a replacement board, and had my unit up and running in no time at all. Very reasonably priced, polite, professional, a real pleasure to work with.

Brian helped me pick out proper Waterheater. Picked it up at Home Depot and installed with no problems. The job ran smooth with the installation of my new Rheem water heater. Price was a good price and Brian was a pleasure to work with.

I called 4 HVAC companies on Friday night. BG called back in 15 minutes and showed up at 9:00am the next day. They gave me an estimate of charges and stuck to it.

Brian is quick to respond . He replaced a leaking Silcock for us the same day. Highly recommend him !

The owner Brian, called me back rite away- he was able to come to my home within an hour, which was awesome considering it was a warm, humid day with my air conditioning not working. Brian was very professional, knowledgeable & pleasantly friendly! Within minutes he had my air conditioning up & running! I would definitely refer Brian!!
