Brian was awesome! He helped us out with our central air that was not working, called him and he was at the house within 75 min! Reasonable price and does not try to overwhelm you with info, rather wants you to understand the problem and explains in detail what he is doing and why. Thank you Brian!

This was booked as a water heater replacement. Brian was so honest that he said a repair is all that was necessary at this time. You canĂ¢ t put a price on that kind of honesty. I would give 9 stars if I could.

Very long story, but in short my experience with Brian was abhorrent! Brian should not be in business. He is unethical, unprofessional, has a temper, and during a free diagnostic broke my central system and never fixed it by a no show after 2 phone calls and 2 texts. He also bypassed paying their fee by canceling the appointment and calling me directly, which I found out through is not part of the agreement.

Brian and his partner were very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He responded in a very timely manner and arrived exactly when he Said he would. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue within minutes . Pricing was also fair.
