I recently hired Property Solution for a half bathroom full renovation, with Victor M. Berrroa as the assigned contractor. Unfortunately, my experience with the company fell far short of expectations. The process began promisingly enough, with Victor promptly providing a quote and assuring us that the project would be completed in no more than five days. Eager to get started, we ordered high-quality, specially-ordered materials for the renovation. However, from the outset, issues started to arise. On the first day of demolition, Victors team neglected to cover the floor of the hallway leading to the bathroom, leaving a mess in its wake. The problems continued on the second day when the tile installation on the wall was poorly executed, with misaligned tiles and sloppy workmanship. In response to these issues, Victor sent in two new workers, resulting in the wastage of materials and a setback in the project timeline. As the weeks passed, the bathroom renovation dragged on, far exceeding the initially promised five-day timeframe. When Victor finally presented the finished product, it was riddled with errors. Excess paint on the tiles, gaps on the walls without finished tiles, misaligned tiles, and a general misuse of supplies painted a picture of a project gone awry. Shockingly, Victor failed to acknowledge his mistakes or take responsibility for his workers subpar installation. What was supposed to be a straightforward and quick renovation turned into a frustrating four-week ordeal. Victor skills in manipulation became apparent, as his words promising a swift and easy job did not align with the disappointing reality. If considering hiring Victor, it is crucial to be aware that his verbal assurances may not translate into actions, and caution should be exercised to avoid a similarly unsatisfactory experience.

The work was a bit expensive.

Victor and his team demonstrated exceptional efficiency in transforming my concept into a remarkably well-designed laundry area, effectively addressing the constraints presented by the challenging space.
