"Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We?ve looked into your concerns and can confirm that our technician did provide an estimate for the recommended work. They also accessed your roof to assess the issue and explained what needed to be done. Please note that there is a minimum service charge for a technician to physically go onto the roof to perform an inspection. If you have any questions please feel free to call us at 815-861-3307"
"I would like to address the statements made in your review. At the time of the project, we discussed a few minor issues that needed attention once the grout had fully cured. We returned to repair those items, including filling small areas of missing grout and replacing tiles that did not meet your expectations. After completing this work, you conducted a final walkthrough and approved the job. Given that approval, it is concerning that you later described the work as unsatisfactory. After issuing payment, you chose to cancel the check and stated that you were unhappy with the finished result. Despite this, we made an additional effort to accommodate you by offering to redo the entire backsplash. You then selected a completely different tile, which suggests that your dissatisfaction may have been related to a change in design preference rather than workmanship. Regarding finishing details, it is standard practice in the trades for nail holes to be addressed during the painting phase, as part of the painter?s scope of work. The final painting was being done by your painter Upon completion of the second installation, we received both verbal and written confirmation from you that the work was satisfactory and that your home was left clean. Your current statements contradict that confirmation. Additionally, we operate using live invoices, which allowed you to review updates and changes to the project in real time. When electrical modifications became necessary, you approved them by stating, ?do what you need to do,? which we reasonably understood as authorization to proceed. All such changes were documented and visible on your invoice throughout the project. When unforeseen issues arise, additional work may be required to complete the job properly, and such work is not performed at no cost. We made every effort to communicate clearly and proceed with your approval at each stage."
