I was surprises how quick they took down a, 75 ft pine tree

The tree work was good and a fair price. Short wait time for service and they came when scheduled. I was disappointed in how yard was left. We had opted to keep the branches and truck for burning in the wood stove. They said they’d leave a “neat” pile but the everything was left where it fell. It was a day’s work for us to clean up. Next time I would opt for them to discard what they took.

First time I used his service I was very pleased, hence I thought he would provide the same quality work with subsequent job. I hire him to prune a limb from a maple tree which was done to my satisfaction. The other part of my job was to cut down to the ground and remove about 10 - 12 arborvitaes growing along my chain link fence. He knew the chain link fence was there, and assured me that his crew would not damage my fence. When his crew realized that the arbs had truly grown into the fence they contacted the owner who told them to stop work and not proceed any further. He told me that he was losing money on my job and would not go any further. I was left to finish what they had started. He under estimated the price and time needed to complete the job and told me it was my fault. His crew did an awful cleanup of debris. The one worker had said he had nothing to do for the last half of the day and was going to continue working. I loaned the workers my lopping equipment and when I checked progress a short time later my equipment was on my patio and they were gone. I questioned the owner about this and he saud I misunderstood because the worker had school. This same person told me that he hadn't started school yet. The owner pulled his workers off my job because he supposedly was losing money. I had recommended him to another neighbor and when she saw what he left me with I told her, and she agreed not to call him. I am truly disappointed with his service and will never refer him again, Other clients may like him, but if you keep him on as one of your contractors, I will never use Home Advisor again.

Quick and efficient

Bill and his crew removed 5 very tall trees. He came when he said he would, brought in a bucket truck and completed the work in half a day at a reasonable price.

DID A GREAT PROFESSIONAL JOB

BH trimmed 5 trees for me 1 oak (approx 35 feet), 2 maples, a very large evergreen and a wheeping cherry. Plus trimmed back the forsythia bushes. The crew did a very good job of cutting, shredding and leaning up afterwards. I gave them a rating of good but it could be great. I just need to see how the trimming looks in the spring once the trees begin to fill in. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
