Benito from B.I.G installed door bells for the front and back door at my home. 3 months later the back door bell stopped working, I made a total of 5 calls to this company and each time I was told they would come back and fix the problem but they never came back. Now I will have to pay someone else to fix the problem. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Benito did a solo job at my condo, what a mess he had to deal with. He upgraded my electric panel and added a 240 line in the master bedroom. Nothing was easy about this job, he never was less than positive and when he came upon an issue, he said, " no problems, only solutions". He was prompt, clean and through with his work. He lived by his quote even though he spent many hours more on my project then expected. I am going to use him in the near future for another project. I highly recommend this company. It is great to find an electrician who still troubleshoots.
