I cannot even give this man one star. He had cleaned my neighbor's roof and that is now i got his information. I hired him to clean my roof. He required a $150 deposit Venmo to him. The night before he was to do the work he texted me he had to reschedule because his wife was in a car accident. The day of the reschedule i called him around 10AM asking if he was coming. He said he had to finish a job in Naples and I was next. Then I get a text later in the afternoon that he had to reschedule because his equipment broke down. He said he'd come the follow Saturday. 8PM the night before he text he'd be here by 8AM. At 4AM he said he had to cancel and would refund my deposit. That was three weeks ago. I have texted him, called and left messages and I have yet to receive my $150 refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN HE IS A SWINDLER!

Initially my husband and I were thrilled with BDK Services. Bill was prompt, responsive and professional. He gave us an initial quote of approximately 15,200 for the work for our kitchen. Not everything was in the quote which we were fine with. Once all the work was done Bill proceeded to send us an invoice for over 13,000. We initially paid 7,800 up front before he even began work. We were thinking we had about 9,000 left since the countertop and other items weren?t on the initial quote. Bill then asked us if we thought the additional things he did ?didn?t cost money.? It was so disappointing that he couldn?t fathom why we would be upset that he went that much over budget without informing us. This is someone we would continually have conversations with. His communication is so poor and I hope no one else has this happen to them the way we did.
