I can NOT recommend this company. I had a small house fire, and was told by the supervisor they would be done in a week, we were in a motel for 6 weeks. Employees cut the electric cable when removing the dry wall, causing me to have to search after hours for a certified electrician because Hurricane Laura was striking the next day and none would be free for weeks, the employee baldly lied to me, saying neither of them knew why the lights were out, they had checked the fuse box....in the light of day the sawzall cut was clearly from the ceiling to floor right through the cable. Yet none of the 7 or 8 people in the house claimed any knowledge. The electrician said it would have made a huge spark and clearly the lights going out when the sawzall stopped should have been a clue to all. They drug furniture across my newly refinished hard wood floors causing me to have to recall the contractors. The supervisor "repaired" the damage initially with clear fingernail polish and argued with me to allow his people to come repair the remainder of the scrapes. I refused. Items were thrown back into my kitchen haphazardly, parts of small appliances were scattered throughout the cupboards. The supervisor argued with me and didn't take responsibility for any of their mistakes. Communication was pitiful. They scheduled someone to set up air scrubbers and ionizer machines, he arrived 3 hours late without the equipment. He said no one told him what he was coming for. By the time he finally left and returned to finish, it was almost 9:30 pm. They were scheduled to pick it up the following day, but no one came, it was Labor Day weekend and no one would return my calls asking for it to be picked up. I had contractors scheduled for Labor Day Monday, who showed up on time, but when Bionic finally arrived, we were told the equipment had been set up wrong, it only ran 2 hours so they had to run it again. All told, my contractors showed up 3 days on time but could not work and were sent home due to Bionics incompetence and lack of communication. When they finally finished the job, they left the pod they had packed my house into blocking my driveway for 3 weeks despite numerous calls to remove it. To add insult to all their incompetence, they then billed me for 3 months rental on the pod that was used 1 month, they billed 4 days for the equipment they set up wrong and neglected to pick up on time that was to have been used 1 day. They billed me from 9 to 6 pm at 8 hours ST, less 1 hour lunch, and 1 hour OT each and every day. I made it perfectly clear at the start that I was not approving OT to work the weekends, so they gouged on daily billing. I do contract billing for construction companies and chemical plants, they charged tax on labor, which I know from experience is not allowed in Texas. They began work on a Friday and had completed so little that I spent 2 weekends packing belongings. On their inventory list I found that the boxes I packed were listed and I was charged for them also! I am still struggling to get them to correct their billing. I repeat, I can NOT recommend their company.

I cannot thank the team at Bionic Emergency Services enough. We had a leak in the bathroom on the second floor. The water did not run to the middle of the room but rather straight to the wall. I do not know how long the leak was there before I heard the dripping inside the wall from the ground floor bathroom below. Even then I could not see a problem because of the where the leak was. Once I got down on the floor, I could feel that the sheet rock was wet and the baseboard was swollen. I told my wife that I was going to have to tear in to the walls upstairs and downstairs. Being the smart lady she is, she encouraged me to call Bionic Emergency Services. They had a technician to our house within an hour. The technician had very hi-tech equipment that could measure the moisture content of the sheet rock and the space between the walls. Without even having to break in to the sheet rock, Bionic was able to set up dehumidifiers and fans to dry everything out. It took about three days to get completely dry. The technician came out every day and did moisture analysis. The baseboards that had gotten wet and swollen had to be replaced. Repair costs were minimal compared to what it could have cost had I started just ripping walls out. Bionic's technicians were knowledgeable, courteous and very meticulous about their work. They left my home cleaner than they found it. They were honest about the work that was required. The price for the work they did was well below what I was expecting. I honestly cannot say anything but positive about the whole experience. God forbid we ever have a major water damage or high water flooding event, but if I do, you can bet I will never call anyone except Bionic Emergency Services. Thanks Bionic!

Best in their business! Shane always makes sure to go above and beyond for his customers. His team makes sure to show up promptly and ready to start. Their efficiency in repairs, took the frustration out of the cleanup process. I recommend his company consistently and get praises for his services. Keep up the good work guys.

This company was the worst company I’ve ever done business with from the teenage incompetent workers to the owner/manager Shane. They promised to complete the job in ten days and it took 25 and they didn’t even finish the job and did a poor job on what they did get done. I also checked the sign in logs with our HOA office and they didn’t even show up many days and only worked a few hours on the days they did show. Would not take any responsibility for their incompetent workers nor their failure to complete the work in a timely manner. Also, they used primer inside a small condo which should have been mixed outdoors!!! 9 neighbors in the complex got sick!!!

We had an upstairs toilet overflow and it leaked quite a bit of water through the ceiling downstairs. The technician showed up on time (amid a torrential rain storm) and used his moisture detecting equipment to map out the damage. He was very informative and explained, using the infrared camera, where all the water damage was located. With 5 minutes we had a repair estimate and we put him to work. Took him about an hour to get things done. So far, so good. The ceiling appears to be drying out well.

If you have the terribly unfortunate circumstance of having water damage or mold in your home - call Bionic and request to have Eric look at your issue. He was a life saver in a moment where we were about to be taken for thousands of dollars by another company for a job that did not call for that. Eric came in the same day - diagnosed the situation as being bad, but not hopeless and was set up to help us immediately. He has been just a phone call away and has texted us to check in on the status of our home over the span of this project. If you need honesty, reliability and speed - contact Bionic and ask for Eric. He is the first call we will make if this ever happen again and we would recommend him to ANYONE and EVERYONE.
