Mark gave us good suggestions and a reasonable price. The work was completed quickly and everything looks great. He called us a couple days later to make sure everything was ok.

He was prompt and answered my calls, that is, until I left a message about a problem. 40% of the flagstones he installed cracked within the first month. He promised my husband he would come look at it, but we never saw hide nor hair of him. Mark Stasevich (the owner) will not return calls--even on his cell phone--or answer his mail. I sent a letter detailing all the problems. He took a lot of our money, and gave us very little value in return. He has not honored the guarantee provided in his written estimate. Do not hire this person under any circumstances. He'll take advantage of your good nature.
