Terrible. Absolutely terrible. John Tombini was hired by a bank to appraise a property I was selling. His appraisal was riddled with errors. Seriously, there were too many errors to mention. The most significant errors include 1) classifying the two-bedroom apartment as a one-bedroom and thus comparing the apartment to other one-bedrooms, 2) falsely stating that the sale was a private sale to an existing tenant when there was no tenant and the Buyer was unknown to me, 3) making up square footage for the comps he used (I checked with the MLS that he claimed to use as a data source, and it did not have the square footage information that he reported), 4) misstating the listing price of the subject property. Mr. Tombini's appraisal was honestly the worst appraisal I have ever experienced. Not only was the appraisal full of errors, but when I contacted him to correct the errors, he did not respond. I would give zero stars if possible.

I wanted an appraisal of a house in NY where I no longer live. B&J came at a time that was convenient for my cousin who helped me out by unlocking the house. I appreciated that because I didn't want cause her trouble. She said that the appraiser had a very professional manner. They emailed me a report. Very satisfactory.

This company provided me with a professional very quickly. Victor was very professional and they provided me with the appraisal report quickly. I would recommend them.
