Besides arriving as scheduled, the rest of the service was horrendous. Their job was to open a slow drain clog in the septic line. Instead of a no repair, the â professionalâ left after damaging the vinyl bathroom floor due to not using a protective sleeve on the motor driven coil snake, flooding the bathroom and finished basement causing an insurance claim during diagnosis, and misdiagnosed the problem because a too large coil was used to go around the bends in the pipe. Their diagnosis was a cracked pipe underneath the patio concrete deck would need replacing. Thousand+ $ expence. I hired a true professional who diagnosed correctly, and who used the correct size coil and protection sleeve to unclog the house trap under the patio deck. A very inexpensive fix.

I had a clogged main drain backing up in shower, went to home advisor on line and within minutes Brian from BJC had contacted me and told me he would be out in a few hours. Brian gave me a quote on the job, very reasonable. Brian was friendly knowledgeable and cleared my drain, suspected caused by a root and sure enough after checking with pipe camera, he was right on the money with probable cause of the clog. Highly recommended BJC Plumbing!

We hired Brian to address the backed up drain in our basement. He quickly assessed the situation and brought in the machinery needed to clear out the pipes in all directions. While he was snaking the line to the street, the washing machine water line disintegrated. Water was going everywhere! He quickly addressed the situation and instructed me to shut off the water main. He was able to fix the elderly pipe on site, and continue cleaning out the drain. We are so fortunate that he was on site so that he could address the emergency fix on a very elderly pipe. No more water in the basement, and peace of mind. Fair price as well. I'd highly recommend his services. Stand up guy.
