He showed up with no tools, asked if he could use my equipment (which he broke and said nothing about). He left to go to the dump, said he would be back on the next day, but never came back. No phone call, no nothing. Then, 3 days later, out of the blue, he calls and asks if I want him to come back and finish the job!

I paid for tool for them to do the job, but they kept the tools. Not sure if this is customary. Over all they did a good job, just took three days for them to complete the job. I would hire them again.
