"Contract obligations were fulfilled, even with the many changes made by the homeowner. Weekly payment were due however no payment were made timely. Threatening notes by homeowner were left with the work invoice due at time. Work was completed until homeowner changed contract and did not wish to renegotiate. At that time BJ's had fulfilled their obligation to the original contract. All open framing was complete and inspected, with city code approval. Personal reasons for "no show" were auto accidents and Louisiana weather. Client felt his "know it all knowledge" from the internet superseded that of BJ"s 35 professional years of experience."
