The representative of the company called within 5 minutes of my posting - this was my first experience with servicemagic so that may be typical, but I was still pleased. He was very nice and scheduled me within an hour or so of when I talked to him. The technician was also very nice, did the work efficiently and quickly, explained to me what happened and the possible reasons for it, and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with this company.

B&K scheduled my appointment quickly. Their guy was proactive in finding a lower price for the replacement part I needed, installation was quick and smooth, and my clothes dryer works like new!

I feel like I was overcharged... less than an hour which was good, but 180 for fuses for a dryer just don't add up.

Prompt call. Appointment timeframe met. Fixed my refrigerator. Pricey, but aren't they all?

Overpriced for the job (just changed a spring and it took 15 minutes and charged $151.85)they performed but appliance works great after fixing.

I was a little disappointed because technician charged me $40.00 just listened to washer, said it was the transmission going bad and advised me to call Maytag because it was covered under warranty. Maytag technician came out, advised me it was not the transmission. He had to replace a few parts and charged me another $180.00.

Prompt response and service call. Immediate diagnosis of problem. Repaired next day at fair price.

It emerged that the dryer vent coil was damaged. This should be a staple, universal item carried on the repair truck. I ended up having to go to the hardware store and fixing it myself. I hire people to do work, because my time is valuable.

They came and quickly told me what was the problem and came the next day to fix it.

I called B & K and told them that my ice maker was broken. I aksed if they could tell me what the charge would be if it needed to be replaced and they said 250.00, but they also mentioned to me that they would check to see if in fact it was the ice maker and not a valve which be much less. The showed up to my house at the time they said they would and I was very impressed with the fact the repairman removed his shoes prior to entering my house, should that they have respect for their customers. It turned out that the ice maker itself was broken and he replaced it within 30 mints and the prices was what they said. I will recommend B & K to all

they were great. i did think they were a little pricey though? but, i don't have anything to compare it to.
