Brian was quick to respond to emails, and phone call. Project was delayed because of another vender, but Brian was understanding, and floexible. Showed up on time, cleaned up ather themselves. The Tile looks Amazing. I was able return unused tile for $120.00, because of Brian';s little waste. B
