First of all. he was way cheaper than the others we checked on the service call fee. Both companies we talked to said it sounded like a freon leak. The other company said they charged 1/2 the price of their competitors for freon, but BK was 1/2 THEIR price! He was able to come out the very next day and got the AC running. It quit on us again the day after that but he came out again at absolutely no charge. Turns out some sensor had gotten knocked loose when the other work was being done. We were a little worried when that happened, but he attended to it right away. Great experience!
