If I could give Brandon Learned and BKL Installation six stars, I would! We stumbled upon his number by sheer luck after a window treatment store referred us, and what a gem he is! One of our automated shades had given up on life, and after weeks of frustration, Brandon not only answered immediately but showed up at our door in 10 minutes due to a cancellation?talk about timing! He fixed the main problem in minutes, then worked his magic on several other shades that were slightly off. His time and effort likely saved us thousands of dollars in future repairs or replacements. And for all that, he charged just $130?far less than we expected for such expert service. Brandon may not have a huge online presence?but trust me, if you need help, stop searching and call him. He?s the shade superhero you didn?t know you needed!
