It's nice to get to meet the person who is actually doing the work, instead of a salesman that will only be available to you until the ink dries on the contract. That being said, I can honestly say that it was a pleasant experience (and renovations seldom are for a plethora of reasons) and the work was completed with a professional attitude along with pride in the quality of work provided. It is rare that you find someone who respects your thoughts and opinions and shows your home the consideration they would want for themselves.
