These days you not only want quality work but also integrity. BK1 delivers both and at a fair price. We engaged BK1 a few years ago to install a new front door. Later, when we moved to a new house, I didn't hesitate to call BK1 first to discuss the project. He showed up on time daily got the job done how he said he would and the property sold quickly. Trustworthy and easy to work with. This contractor did more work for me than I selected. I was not able to select all options I wanted to.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Benie and his crew as an Interior Designer on our project and as a hired contractor for myself. His work is meticulous, he cleans everyday between jobs and shows up on time. It is very easy to work together because he listens, asks questions to fully understand your goal and executes using his wealth of expertise. He is my go-to contractor for anything from building a fence to remodeling an entire home. I highly recommend he and his crew for residential customers and Interior Design partnerships.

It was an amazing experience working with BK Renovation on the early spring cleaning of our garage. Their prices are reasonable and I particularly love the fact that they leave the container so you can take your time with packing it as opposed to many other companies. They are experts in so many other areas as well and I definitely continue to use their company for all my household needs.
