We called him. He came out right away needed $900 worth of parts came in put them on and then looked and said oh your furnace is burnt up so I called the insurance company. He said as soon as you get that check, let me know I?ll buy the furnace and I?ll come out and put it in. He did buy a furnace. Brought it out. Sit on my back porch. Two weeks came in finally fixed it up then he said you?ll be able to run your air. Just run it. It ran for three days. Froze up calling come out had a friend put Freon in it. Three hours later. Froze back up called him. Didn?t come. He?ll call no-show. he?ll tell you he?ll be there Saturday 7 o?clock in the morning no call no-show. Oh, I?m sorry he did said his baby was sick all night long and he had to take care of it. Then he comes back out and says oh you need a compressor now I bought all these parts put all these parts in the thing didn?t even do it because he?s here for 30 minutes. We told him he got another insurance check close to $7000.

He s done nothing!

All I an say is he did the job quickly, quietly and cleaned up after. The price was just great and so was the work. Recommend for sure.

I had a damaged unit repaired. I then had my two units cleaned and filled with refrigerant. Ken came to my house very quickly and completed the work in a timely fashion. The quote for service was exactly as stated. Great work! I would highly recommend Ken.
