They quote extremely high price for replacement and repair and tried to convince you to replace the entire HVAC. Finally, I found an indepedent technician to replace entire evoporate coil unit for less than half of what was quoted by this company. They claim HVAC better to be replaced as a whole once 7-8 years old and has problem.

Great look when the lights are hung. I would like to have them do this again this year. Last couple of years I haven't been able to have someone do this. Difficult to get this started and I thought it was a bit expensive initially.

Mr. Kim and his employees did an excellent job fixing our freezer. The price was several hundred dollars below other estimates we had gotten and the freezer works great. Instead of replacing everything, they took the time to figure out which specific piece was broken, and fixed that. The language barrier made communication a bit challenging with Mr. Kim but his associates were able to clarify things for me. I will definitely call Mr. Kim for our future appliance repair needs.

They got here quickly and repaired my washer at a reasonable price.

They were good with follow-up and calling. They were good at calling ahead before they arrived. They were helpful and thorough. Their cost was VERY reasonable.

Showed up on time, clean, fixed frig and ice maker quickly. I would recommend again.

Mr. Kim was very responsive, and he quickly assessed the problem and gave a reasonable quote. He and his assistants worked quickly to replace the broken ice maker motor and cleaned up responsibly. I recently had a bad experience using a plumber I found through Service Magic, but my faith was restored after this experience. I would use BK Tech again for any appliance or duct work in the future.

Took 2 men for three hours' work and one replacement part to get my fridge cooling again; the $180 bill was exactly what his estimate had been. I was so pleased with his service I added $20 plus $5 for his helper. Communication was not a major problem, his lack of perfect English skills was more than offset by his expert work and the good impression he left with me. I'll certainly call him again for any electrical appliance problems.

Service man was very difficult to understand by phone and in person. When asked to explain what was wrong with the dryer and what the solution to the problem would be, he refused to elaborate and threatened to leave saying I was taking up too much of his time. Eventually he performed service on the appliance but I will not use his services again nor I recommend him.

I am satisfied by the work done by the technician.

Mr. Kim gets excellent ratings from us. He arrived prepared to solve my clothes dryer's problem. His second man was also prepared. In less than 2 hours, my dryer was working normally. Mr. Kim truly understands the meaning customer service.

The intitial assessment did not take into account another part that was needed. this resulted in additional cost that I was not prepared for.

Fixed our diswasher promptly, but we have yet to hear from him on our washer. Said he was ordering a part...and that was the last we heard.
