Richie from Mosquito & Pest Authority was great! He kept communicating with me to let me know when I could expect him. He showed up with the right equipment to address my wasp/hornet nest’s issues effectively & efficiently. Nice guy, will definitely call him if needed in the future, and highly recommended him to others.

I contacted Richie through a search on Angi. He responded quickly about my issue. He came out and analyzed and looked around for signs of bugs. None were found thank god. He gave me some sticky strips that I can stick almost anywhere to assure or confirm that my house has a "problem" He educated me on several things from getting a Hepa filtered product to clean the air. I have a gravity furnace and only 2 vents are filtered and there is no circulation in my house unless I open the front door. I keep feeling something crawling on me and on my face, so I plan to talk to the landlord about some kind of filtrations. There may be some other factors such as maybe meds I am on causing this sensation. but. I am so glad I called and found that there are no bugs in my house. On to more investigating. Thanks Richie for stopping by.
