He first didn't follow up Called to see status. Then quoted a price that was absurd. The part was 400.00 and to install 1800.00. It is a relatively simple job to replace a wall heating unit with the similar unit. No holes to cut and no electricity work and the pipes were in place.

I highly recommend. My plumber was unavailable due the virus. Kyle came right over when contacted. He also made sure I knew about rebates and Mass save interest free loans. Kyle recommended the same brand of tankless water heater as the other plumber. Even the other plumber i use was very impressed with the install that was done. Excellent work!!! Kyle is very pleasant and really knows his stuff. Very happy to have found them and will not hesitate to contact them again if I need any work.

Kyle is just great, is the best plumber in the area hands down. I have worked with a lot of stinkers and he is a great, smart guy. The guy is a gem, a real good find for people around here!
