BLB Lawncare is a full service Lawn care & Landscaping Company. Our landscape service can be initiated by our design, or we can implement customer designs. In addition to plant installation, we can also install decorative natural rock or paver block walls. Our maintenance services include, but are not limited to, lawn mowing, ornamental tree & shrub pruning, mulching beds, leaves & debris clean up. We can work on a single project basis, or or a full maintenance schedule. BLB also consists of a Handyman division offering services such as Painting (Latex, Enamel, Chaulk painting furniture/cabinets), installing fixtures (TV's, shelves), Light drywall work (install/repair), junk haul away. "BLB was asked to fix 2 doors, the basement stairs that were falling apart, move belongings in the basement to power wash & paint concrete walls. Told customer that BLB would charge a discount rate of $25 per man hour plus exp, should take at least a good 2 days so $800 plus exp.) On 1st day she said her husband was worried about going over hours, so I told her we would just meet the price of $800 plus exp. We provided extra work power washing floor & moving belongings back & to street for trash. Still charged $800 ate, $38.00 material. Job took 2 guys two 6.5 hour days & one 4 hour day. Was very clear about price, cleaned up."
