I was very happy with the service provided by Mark at BLC. Great communication, made sure he understood what the project needed, sent proposal when he said he would. Fit the demolition of the inside of my bathroom into his schedule very quickly. Arrived on time. Finished delirium quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

They were great. I hired them to demo and remove an old structure. They came around to look at it, gave me the estimate, and could not be happier with their work. They arrived at the time they said they would and completed the work quickly. No damage done to any surrounding areas and they even cleaned up the area. Not just remove the main structure and call it a day, they swept the area. Would recommend them to others based on my experience.

Mark was very easy to work with. He helped me understand the process he would be using to remove and fill in my swimming pool. His team handled the job quickly and efficiently and left the place looking better than we expected. If the need arose, I would use them again in an instant and would recommend then to anyone.

I had a short timeline to work with and BLC was very collaborative in finding a way to get the job done. It was a pretty basic demolition cleanup job but it was a huge help that they were willing to work with me as best they could.

Did a great job. Considerate of my home, fast, clean work. When doing demo, it is easy to get sloppy. Mark and his guys did things the right way with tarps to protect rugs and floor, fans in 2 windows to keep dust down, clean up of all debris and hauling it away. I will use these guys in the future

They did an excellent job in removing an old hot tub. They completed the process is about two hours, cleaned up their work area and departed promptly. They coordinated the removal to meet my schedule and arrived on time at our agreed upon time schedule. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.
