Ben, George, and their team exceeded our expectations in so many ways.  They planned our bathroom remodel collaboratively, giving us ideas and support when we needed it as well as much-appreciated suggestions for saving money on the project.  They began the project earlier than anticipated (!), and they came to our house almost every week day (plus occasional Saturdays).  Every day they maximized the amount of work they could do (often working long hours!).  They completed the project at the estimated amount, and on time.  All changes were discussed clearly with us and in advance of the work.  Best of all, the quality of their craftsmanship was truly excellent:  the electrical work was extremely precise; the tile work was exceptional to the point of being art; and the woodwork, including lots of custom shelving, turned out beautifully.  They even got our 1970's plumbing to cooperate with the new pipes and fixtures!  We couldn't be more thrilled with the results.  It was a privilege to have these wonderful guys working in our house, and we definitely plan to ask them back to remodel the kitchen. 

Having lived in our home for 20+ years with several poor remodeling experiences under out belt, we were very hesitant to move forward with a much-needed master bathroom remodel. We originally found BLC Remodeling on Angieâ s List with numerous glowing reviews. Other sites echoed these reviews, so we decided to engage with George to determine if we found a good fit for our project. Our initial meeting went very well, and his flexibility and creativity were just what we required to bring our vision to life. George offered to coordinate a site visit with a current project, which we accepted and were very impressed by the work being done at the site as well as the feedback of the homeowner. The quote provided was very clear, well documented, and very competitive with others received. The project began as committed and managed in a very professional manner. George and his team were very respectful of our home, worked hard to minimize disruptions to our life, and cleaned up after themselves daily. George was very communicative throughout the project, keeping us informed of materials required, hurdles encountered, and the impact of changes to the project on our quote. As would be expected issues were encountered, there were starts and stops, but they were all handled professionally. Flexibility was a key requirement of our project, and George and his team delivered on that requirement. The project was completed as committed and there were no hidden surprises or billings. There were a few lagging items that required attention, and George and his team gladly worked with us to address these items. All in all, we were very pleased with the work done by BLC Remodeling, would definitely use them for future projects, and highly recommend them for others looking to have work done. Ben was incredible to work with. He was on time and on budget. His communication is great and he is very attentive to the details. He cleans up and is very trustworthy. It was truly a great experience working with him no issues came up during the whole project which was a 5-6 week full kitchen remodel. I can’t thank him enough for all he did and how easy he made it for us.

They were also on schedule and completed the job within 3 weeks. The quotes provided were very detailed and itemized, listed labor and material costs separately. I obtained about 6 quotes for remodeling a small guest bathroom and a laundry room. BLC Remodeling's quotes was very competitive and more affordable compared with other quotes. Bogdan replied to my first phone call quickly and provided the estimate at a timely fashion. I picked BLC simply because of my budget and also their estimate project time was the shortest, and it turned out I made an excellent choice of going with them. John is the main guy doing the remodeling, with occasional help from Bogdan and George. All are very professional. John worked hard and very detailed oriented. John came in every day early except taking a day off on Sunday. At the end, I am very happy with the result, exactly and beyond what I want. Bogdan always returned my text msg fast, like within 1/2 hour. The whole project was completed on time, on budget. And I am not stressed at all. I have complete trust in them on their work ethics, skills & knowledge. Honest, trustworthy, accountable, highly recommend!!! I will definitely hire them again for other future remodel project in my house. Their goals are really to make the customers happy and fulfill their visions.

Thank you, Bogdan & George - we are very happy with our new master bath! We recently bought our beautiful '80s home. Soon after moving in we asked for bids to update our master bath. Bogdan & George were the first to appear at our door. Unlike other contractors, Bogdan & George actually went into our crawl space before preparing their bid. We received 3 bids and selected Bogdan & George because their bid was the absolute best - it listed and priced out specific tasks/features; listed materials they (or we) would provide; and was very reasonable. Unlike the other contractors, they encouraged us to select and buy our own materials and to contribute sweat equity to reduce the cost of our project. They are serious craftsmen who maximized the aesthetic and economic value of our project. They demonstrated that they cared about our project by being professional, accountable, cheerful, and clean. They protected our carpets and floors from the first contact through the completion of our final punch list. We have recommended them to our family and friends. We will call them again when we are ready to remodel our '80s kitchen.
