Major Home Repair (General Contractor)
Jorge worked on my house for several yrs! Doing staining, painting etc to my doors & windows. He was good until he wasnt!!! Initially his prices were fair & his work was top notch! Then his prices increased but the work quality decreased! The guys he sends to do the work are not as skilled. Jorge charged by the job them he started charging by the hr. He stained & installed a door & charged me a flat fee & the job only took him a few of hrs. The next time I wanted a door stained & installed, he sent one of his workers & he was much slower. When he gave me his price he told me "my guys was at your house 6 hours!" My response was why would I need to pay extra for the same job that was done bcuz his guy was less experienced & took longer. I wanted my window seals sanded & smoothed & painted. His workers & him painted right over the holes! I insisted that he correct his work! He charged me for him correcting his own work! I paid him for all! Jorge NEVER returned or answered my call!!!
