Bob patiently guided us through the process, recommended some details we had not considered, accepted changes and additions to the scope of work, including the addition of total kitchen and bathroom remodeling. His pricing was fair, yet the skilled craftsmanship far exceeded my vision. Bob was present, available, and accommodating! I can t brag enough on the quality of work, professionalism, and consideration shown by his workers. I don t think there is a job too big or too small that they couldn t do with such detail! The mortgage inspector was very complimentary of the extra touches and measures taken to ensure that every aspect of the project was done to last! I highly recommend this company for any addition, remodel, or other project involving construction without any hesitation!

We are so fortunate to have found Bob Lloyd. Facing flood damage from Harvey we were looking for a general contractor. With all the unknown out-of-state workers arriving, we relied on a referral from a co-worker. We are so lucky we were able to wait for Bob's Team to catch up to us. They are all local, experienced craftsmen. He knows all the right suppliers, and suggested several locations we could review options for tiles, shower options and so forth. The places you may overlook for big home improvement stores. He rebuilt and modernized our bathroom and other rooms affected by Harvey damage. We used the opportunity to upgrade other areas such as lighting, wall covering, etc.. All the work was exceptional and reasonable.

My entire home was flooded by Hurricane Harvey. Bob and his company restored my home. I definitely view Bob and his crew as blessings. My home looks beautiful now thanks to their skill and knowledge.

Bob & his team did a great job! Enlarged and remodeled the master bedroom, bathroom and closet. He listened to our ideas and was really good at actually putting our ideas on paper and then building it. He was professional and kept us informed on the project. The quality of work is fantastic. And my normally scared of everybody dog loved him!

I hired Bob because when I first meet with him and he started talking about the project, I could see that he loves his work. He's creative and made very helpful suggestions; he very professional and very skilled in his craft. My only concern was giving someone access to my home while being away from my home. But it all worked out good.

Did a nice job and I was able to get my windows installed plus a deck built for the price I was quoted for windows alone from some of the window companies that advertise on the radio. I was disappointed in the clean up. There was a lot of broken glass still around and my plants were broken and stood on during the window replacement. I would recommend Bob, just make sure the clean up is to your satisfaction.
