They were quick to respond to my request. Someone was out to check the problem and then came out to fix the blind a couple of days after determining the problem They were friendly and accommodating!

THe service person was very nice and responsive. However when I got the blinds home, they did not work. We should have tested them in the store before I paid and left. I still need to call them and tell them they did not work even the first time.

Excellent all around! Not only were they able to do the work immediately, and return it later that day, the work was also done perfectly, and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend The Blind Factory to anyone. I will certainly call them again the next time I need my blinds repaired.

I called to have two blinds restrung. The price for repair was fair, and the service excellent and fast. Charles picked up the blinds the same afternoon that I called him, and returned them the next afternoon. Now that's service!

Mr. Frank has not completed the project yet. He's had to order new attachments for our shade to hang on, at and additional cost of $18. Why so expensive? We are still waiting for a call from him. We have the shade, but no hangers.

"The customers shades were originally installed incorrectly and the plastic mounting clips broke when the shade was removed. The customer was advised that we would have to order new mounting brackets in order to complete the job, and we would charge only our cost for the new brackets (and provide our suppliers invoice to show what we paid for them)."

I was pleased that he came to my house to pick up the blind for repair--that was a nice service I didn't expect. I really think he could have fixed the blind at the house. I thought his cost was a bit high--but it was worth it not to have to replace the blind.
