Lamb Heating & Air Conditioning

Second time I’ve had Lamb come out. Last year they replaced a capacitor and this year our AC just sorta froze up when we were on vaca. They were fast to come out (within 24 hrs) and didn’t overcharge for quick jobs.

They might say it is a free estimate, THEY ARE LYING! They charged me 70 dollars just to come out! I live 3 miles from their office. That is over $20 a mile! The tech failed to fix my ac unit. (Could not find a part he thought it was... Actually it just needed oil!) It was clear the tech had never seen a motor with squeaking bearings. Joe, the homeowner here, knew more than Lambs trained technician.

It was not an emergency, but they came out the very next day after my inquiry

Lamb installed a ductless unit in my home and did not use the proper tools for the job egging on the hookups, or setting the proper torque causing the unit to leak. Attempted to fix but lasted two weeks. Same problem. Now say out of warranty. No help or compassion knowing I have lots of pet birds in the heat. Called someone else. Gonna need a new fitting. Have a blessed day and stay healthy.

Bill Lamb was on time for my estimate, he was quick and professional. He laid out the options and costs without any attempt to give me the hard sell. He had the best price of the four vendors I interviewed. The job was done quickly and the place was spotless when he left. The new heater, air conditioner, and hot water heater all work great!

My heat just bonked out unexpectedly this week. Bill accommodated my schedule needs, found the problem, got the parts I needed asap, did the repair quickly, and charged reasonably. I felt valued as a customer and confident that I was getting honest, effective service.

These guys took on a very challenging job of removing the old furnace and replacing with new. This was all done in a dirt crawl space. I was afraid no one would take the job but the Lambs did at a more than reasonable price. Everything was done by the book. They are a team of experts.

Lamb was the only company that contacted me the same day within 1 hour and was there on a Sunday morning. He was quick, fixed the problem in minutes and charged me a below market price. I will be using his services in the future !
