10 star experience - turned a home flooding nightmare into peace of mind. Our home flooded, 1 year into being first time homeowners. With a 2 mo old newborn baby. It was a nightmare. First responders - Blue Dolphin was so quick to act, it was a 4pm on a Friday afternoon, and the fire Marshall told us we need to pack up the baby and find a new place to stay because our house was uninhabitable. They brought in 2 specialist contractors by 7pm and we were able to stay in our home for the night. Leadership - They provided expert guidance and leadership in a very tumultuous and daunting process turned simple and easy. Damage mitigation - you can trust these guys to protect your home, experts in water damage control and very thorough. Insurance nightmare - they handled he complexities and nuances of insurance as a true advocate for us, interfacing directly with our insurance company on our behalf. Expert Craftsmen - They have a team of expert craftsmen to manage the entire build back process. When everything was completed they put our home back exactly the way it was before, down to the exact placement of items back into our cabinets. Peace of mind, could not imagine a better experience. Thank you Jim, Jim, Murphy and the rest of the BD team!

DO NOT USE THEM. Did they clean up the water ya but any company can do that. Go with a large company that had a customer service department so you do not get screwed as I did. They charged my insurance for hours they did not work and materials they did not use. They packed my things in Home Depot boxes WITH MY TAPE! Then they charged for premium packing materials. They worked a collective maybe 16 hrs and charged $100. My insurance went up due to the claim size which was inflated by them. They also threw away thousands of dollars of cabinets that I asked to keep and they confirmed they would be put in storage only to find out they? threw them away?. I am sure they probably sold them since they were not even damaged. They ? made it up to me? with a $200 Home Depot gift card and a sorry apology. Over shady as hell and unprofessional. I would call for the day is and get no answer than when I said ok I am not going to pay them they called within 5 minutes. They are disrespectful Jim even told me to talk to him was not worth his time because he is a busy man. I would never recommend it!

We had an emergency water leak in the upstairs bathroom that caused major damage to the entire house. Blue Dolphin responded immediately that night at 9 p.m. Blue Dolphin guided us throughout the entire process; from what to expect working with the insurance company, to providing resources for the temporary storage of furniture and personal items, as well as reconstruction. They were a wealth of knowledge and experience, not to mention personable. They provided great customer service and were always available to answer questions.
