They completed the job on time. I got other bids and his was equal to a few other bids but his covered more details and he followed up. You could tell his workers had done this job many times. They couldnâ  t have been more efficient and helpful. They cleaned up their mess and you couldnâ  t tell they were there When I need more done I will have them do the work and I â  ll recommend them to my friends. Now when I look out my study window I see grass not mud

Very pleased with the outcome, and the install site was remote. They had to come a long way. The result looks fantastic - couldnâ t be happier. My only complaint was that the crew did not have the sales engineer there during the entire four day install, he was just there at the beginning and the end. Luckily my on-site general contractor was there to provide some guidance to the crew as to our desires. He even provided food and water to the crew as the site is 5 miles from the nearest store. At one point a piece of equipment went completely dry (no oil). It was smoking. My GC was able to get them to stop, and then got the machine working again by refilling the oil and cleaning the air filter. Saved them from having to go to Home Depot and rent a replacement. May have even saved the piece of equipment from destroying itself.
