Very friendly, had issue while family from out of town visiting with toilet not working did everything I could to no avail. 2:00 pm on Friday I called thinking oh no this is to late, even if they could make it probably wouldn’t be able to come today but they jumped right up and set up an appointment at 4:00! Can you believe that? And wow they called and let me know when they were near. Very Professional I informed them of all what I did, he listened He had all the equipment he needed had a camera for visual inspection and showed me everything every step of the way. My house is old built in 1880 so the plumbing was a nightmare. So retraced his work and snaked an entire 80 feet of line. He was very cautious of all his work, and made sure he cleaned every spot. You could not tell anyone was there when he finished. He even gave me a great warranty! Great guy saved us from a terrible situation making it so we could enjoy the holidays not having to run somewhere to go to the bathroom! Did try to sell me on anything just told me facts. Very great price, very fast service. Don’t waste your time calling the rotorouters this man has 20 years of experience call him first, because if you don’t, you will call second because of other inability or over price! Thank you again!

I had a toilet issues, we believe grandson flushed down mega blocks completely rendering it useless. I tried to snake it myself , but ultimately was unable to fix it. We called them st 2:00 on a Friday and wow they said they could make it at 4:00! They called right before arrival and were very friendly, he got to work right away, and had a camera to search down the line, showing me along the way, and explained exactly what he was doing the entire time. He told me of his twenty plus years of experience, and was definitely a PRO! He had upfront prices, he did more than I expected and the price stayed the same. He did try to sell me things I didn’t need, what a relief. And he gave warranty on the work,cleaned up everything, couldn’t tell he had been there other then a working toilet again. What a life saver, with family from out of state staying and that being our only toilet, he saved my family visit! Would definitely recommend in fact I have. He’s one of the good ones !

We have a tiny house on our farm and Josh connected the water lines and the gas lines. He was very informative and friendly. I appreciated his knowledge and professionalism.
