B-level is owned and operated out of Baltimore, Ohio approximately 20 miles southeast of Columbus. Founded in 1998 by Thomas Shreyer, B-level is a privately held company servicing the Central Ohio area. For two decades, B-level has offered concrete lifting and leveling services as an alternative to replacement of concrete slabs. This quick and economical method of repair has helped thousands of our customers save time and money. In 2002, Tom Shreyer expanded B-Level services to include basement and foundation repair by becoming a certified Ram Jack dealer. Our foundation repair services include the installation of helical and friction piles, steel beam installation, carbon fiber reinforcement, and interior as well as exterior waterproofing.

Jacob and the team were amazing from the first meeting. I was most impressed that they were interested and invested in finding the root cause of our severe foundation issue instead of just trying to sell us a quick repair. The whole team was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond throughout the whole process. They kept our home clean throughout the whole process and even cleaned up each day after work! Iâ  m left with a sense of comfort and confidence in our basement now. Jacob also saw the big crack in our front porch and offered a great solution to repair it! 5/5 stars everyday of the week! Awesome group who went above and beyond to fix the issue. As the got into the project, they found underlying issues that changed the original estimate. I was informed immediately and they worked to correct the problem even though it was not in their area of direct expertise. They called additional crew members and experts to finish the job.

This is a follow up to the review that I already submitted: I asked for a free estimate. They came to my home to look over the project and provided an estimate. I accepted the estimate and paid a 10% down payment and scheduled a date to do the job. They arrived on the date and time scheduled and decided that they could NOT do the job. A week later the owner came and looked it over and agreed they could not do the job and agreed to return the down payment. Since then I had another company do the job for less money and they did an excellent job. After I called about returning my down payment, it was returned.
