Drywall - Repair
Promises never delivered shoddy craftsmanship shoddy work will not allow back in my house. Hired unskilled labor to tape and mud drywall. Nicked my furniture.

Great job. Goes extra mile when needed. Mailbox full, so phone contact could be a minor problem. That is what dropped service a bit. We would hire again.

I just bought a new house and wanted Christmas lights (600 feet) on multiple levels and they installed them in 2 hours without one problem. Also there is not one wire showing. I am going to hire them every holiday season! And you cant beat the price or the professional experience!

Best quality service, customer service, polite, talented, skilled, timely, customer satisfaction, helpful, clean, organized. I just had to sign the contract and pay the discounted less expensive rates that I've seen for the craftsmanship and hard work and genuine, honest abilities. The project was done very slip shod. He was never on time. Did not call when he would be late. When did call he would say I am on my way & showed up 2 - 3 hours later. It took him about a week to lay a 6 X 6 tile floor & put in a door from my garage to my side yard. The work on the door & floor is the worse work I have ever seen. I paid him off just to get rid of him & his girl friend. He told me I had to pay for all materials which I did. I told him the type of weathering stripping I wanted and even showed him. He got what he wanted which was used. He also used inside materials for the outside door trim. This man is not a craftsman nor does he want to be. I have to have someone else come in & fix his mess.

When the job was completed ,We had you look over the work and you Stated " that is the best tile I have ever seen"!.. I hired that company on Friday March 10, and my job is still not completed. Everyday except Monday I have received a text that he was on his way and never showed. My job is still not completed and we are treated unfairly because we gave him he first payment for supplies and they are still in our garage. He never finished the first job we hired him for therefore the front of my house is still a mess and uncompleted.

Comment: This handyman told me that his inability to come to appointments on time and to get my fence rebuild done on 3 separate days when he had promised to come was due to understandable personal issues. He apologized and offered to do the job (after days of delay) at a $100 discount, and he did finished the fence, leaving at least ten nails sticking though dog-ears unattached to a post or cross bolder and a chipped post. We had agreed that he would clean up, and on finishing, when we spoke that night when I returned, he indicated that he had done so and never mentioned having dumped debris and wood planks behind my pool house! When I discovered this and asked him to come to finish clean up, he said I'd have to pay for dumping, gas, and his time because he had forgotten to tell me that replacing many broken planks on my fence had created a hauiing job. He had broken the dog-ear planks in removing them for the rebuild, and I already had to purchase additional planks at additional cost. He then maintained that the contract said nothing about cleanup -- something he had promised previously to do. Although he discounted the job to offset the delays and his lack of communication about them, the amount he asked would have erased most of the discount. I declined to pay more. Materials costs had already exceeded $220, instead of his promised $100. With this company, I'd have to say buyer beware.

First of all they changed my appointment from 11 am to 2pm. At 11:30 he called to say he couldn't make it until the next day. No one showed or called the 2nd day. The 3rd day someone called to say someone would be there at 3 pm. No one showed
