Hired B&M to polish and stain concrete. 1. One of their machines broke some of the ceramic tile leading into the room to be polished. When asked about repairing the tile, the owner asked for video evidence that they broke the tile. 2. Elevated floor outlet 3/4 inch high and crooked. Concrete poured around it creating a serious tripping hazard. Refused to take responsibility for mistake. B & M is cheap, but you get what you pay for.
